Thank you for shopping at HEARTSEND. If you are not satisfied with our products, we offer a 30-day return policy . To return your order, please follow the instructions below.

Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy from the day you received the item.

To be eligible for a return, you must:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase from us must be presented.

Return process

Include your order number and reason for return in your message.

You must always contact us first to obtain authorization and the correct return address.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping for returns

You are responsible for shipping costs when returning goods.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order will be processed and can no longer be canceled.

If you still want to cancel after the deadline, you must wait until you receive the package and then submit a return request.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

  • Gift card

  • Discounted items can only be returned in exchange for store credit.

Prey

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged .
If you would like to exchange for the same item, please email us to arrange the exchange process.

Restocking fees

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Refund process

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you of receipt.

After inspection, we will immediately inform you of the status of your refund.

If the return is approved, we will refund the amount to your original payment method (does not apply to discounted items).

You will receive the amount within 7 business days , depending on your bank's processing time.
